Credited with spurring the rejuvenation of New York’s now-trendy Meatpacking district in the late 90s, founder and President of the Jeffrey boutique chain Jeffrey Kalinsky continues to pave the way in retail.
Serving as Director of Designer Merchandising at Nordstrom following the company’s acquisition of his namesake boutiques in 2005, Kalinsky was appointed to the role of Executive Vice President of Designer Merchandising in 2007. Currently the VP Fashion Director, Kalinsky has evolved the Seattle-based brand into a more contemporary and fashion forward retailer, appealing to a newer generation of luxury consumers through curating their seasonal designer catalog and by introducing designers such as Gucci, Nina Ricci and Comme des Garcons.
A former shoe buyer at Bob Ellis and Barneys New York, Kalinsky founded his first Jeffrey boutique in Atlanta in the early 90s and also established the first Jil Sander boutique in the southern city. Lila Hertz’s long history of volunteerism and leadership has benefited numerous organizations and causes in the Atlanta community, particularly in the areas of health care and child welfare.
From 2001 – 2009 and 2015-2016, Hertz served as board president of Susan G. Komen Greater Atlanta, which was established as a resource for those fighting and seeking to prevent breast cancer. Through its fundraising events, such as the Race for the Cure and Bubbles & Bling, the Affiliate has been able to support breast cancer research, local grassroots organizations, community agencies and family support groups.
Hertz’s involvement with the Affiliate has a special connection to another of her longtime commitments, the Jeffrey Fashion Cares fundraiser. As co-chair of the annual show for fifteen years, Hertz has aided in further supporting the Affiliate, which benefits from Fashion Cares along with the Atlanta AIDS Fund.

Jeffrey McQuithy is a native Atlantan. He opened Vis-a- Vis The Salon in 2001 in the Buckhead community with a vision of superior customer service, as well as, an attention to every detail in regards to environmental esthetics.
Choosing organizations to promote awareness and community involvement, it is his strong position on integrity and giving back that has prompted him to become more deeply engrossed. He has been greatly involved with the Piedmont Conservancy, a group whose mission is to enhance and preserve Piedmont Park as a vital, urban green space and as a cultural and recreational resource that enhances the quality of life for Atlantans. As part of the team, Jeffrey helped to establish the first ‘Park After Dark’ benefit and aided to quadruple fundraising efforts for the conservancy. He has also chosen to become a volunteer with Hospice Atlanta and a supporter of the Winship Cancer Institute.

Louise Sams is executive vice president and general counsel for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.). In this capacity, she oversees the company’s legal matters worldwide with a staff of some 110 lawyers located in Atlanta, Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong, Seoul, Mumbai, Delhi, Tokyo, Sydney, Buenos Aires and Sau Paulo. Sams is based in Atlanta and reports to John Martin, Chairman and CEO, TBS, Inc.
Prior to joining TBS, Inc. in 1993, Sams was a corporate associate at White & Case in New York. She represented various domestic and international clients in the negotiation and documentation of acquisitions, strategic mergers, dispositions, joint ventures and private and public securities offerings in the United States and abroad.
